Easy Crockpot Beef Stew
Everyone loves a hearty stew. Enjoy this extremely simple but satisfying beef and veggie stew especially on a cold day. This dish is great eaten fresh or even after being refrigerated for a few days.

- 1.5 lb Beef chuck
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 5 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 10 ounce Tomato sauce
- 4 whole Carrots
- 3 whole Potatoes
- 3 stems Celery
- 1 medium Yellow onion
- 1 medium Red pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
Prep all veggies to small same sizes for easy cooking
Combine flour, salt, pepper in a zip lock bag. Place pieces of beef chuck inside to coat all around.
Preheat pan with oil on medium high heat and place beef inside to brown.
Add beef and chopped veggies to crockpot. Season with remainder of ingredients.
Set on low for 8.5 hours and enjoy
